Team Brooke

Brooke Talley
BCBA│ Supervisor

Brooke is a 2005 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. She earned a master's in Early Childhood Education from University of Alabama at Birmingham, in 2009. In 2012, Brooke passed the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification exam, and earned her BCBA credentials. Brooke began working at ECAC as a therapist in 2010, and moved into a lead teacher position before moving to Birmingham in 2012. While in Birmingham, she worked as a behavior therapist at Milestones Behavior Consulting, LLC. At Milestones, she continued working  with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) both in home, and school environments. Brooke gained experience working as a classroom teacher at The Little Tree Preschool in Auburn, AL, where she was responsible for teaching a classroom of preschoolers with ASD and their typical peers using ABA methodologies. In October 2012, Brooke and her husband returned to the emerald coast, and Brooke was hired as a Supervisor at ECAC.

Sara Sporer
BCaBA |  Behavior Therapist

Sara is a 2006 graduate from Baptist College of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Sara has been a member of the Emerald Coast Autism Center team since 2010.

Lindsey Michelle Daffin
Behavior Therapist

Lindsey is a 2013 graduate of Union University with a Bachelor's Degree in Media Communications and a minor in Photojournalism. Lindsey joined the Emerald Coast Autism Center staff as a Behavior Therapist in 2015. In the future, Lindsey plans to earn a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification.

Yazzy Dodd
Behavior Therapist

Yazzy is a December 2015 graduate from Florida State University as a double major with a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in General Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Studio Art. In March 2016, she joined the Emerald Coast Autism Center as a registered behavior therapist.

Rachel Gramke
Behavior Therapist

Rachel graduated from Greenville College in Illinois in May of 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. She relocated to the area to begin her career at ECAC in spring of 2017. 

Cailie Mlynarski 
Behavior Therapist 

Cailie spent six years active duty in the United States Air Force. She graduated from the University of Maryland University College May of 2016 with her degree in legal studies. After separating from active duty in the fall of 2017 she decided to start her next adventure here at ECAC.
