Team Kelly

Kelly Robben
BCBA | Supervisor

Kelly is a 2011 graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She received a master's degree in Public Health from the University of West Florida in 2014. Currently, Kelly is pursuing, a Master of Arts degree in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, at University of West Florida. Kelly earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification Fall of 2017



Rachel Dovin
BCaBA | Lead Therapist

Rachel has been a behavior therapist at ECAC since August 2015. She has an older brother with autism and has always known that she wanted to work with children with special needs. Prior to working at ECAC, Rachel volunteered with a developmental dance program, provided childcare for the local autism society, and conducted a summer social skills group for children and young adults with autism. After graduating from the University of West Florida in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences--Children and Society, Rachel joined the ECAC team. As of September 2017, she is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a Lead Therapist.

Lindsey Maines
Behavior Therapist│Media Specialist

Lindsey is a 2013, magna cum laude, graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Media Production. While in college, she was a producer for Florida State University’s in-house production company, Seminole Productions. She produced Florida State University live events for FSU & ESPN3 and television shows for Tennis Channel & Fox Sports.While simultaneously working as a behavior therapist, she also captures notable moments at Emerald Coast Autism Center as photographer. In addition to photography, she does videography work for ECAC.


Dany'l Bush
Behavior Therapist

Dany'l graduated from LeMoyne College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications and a Masters degree from St. John Fisher in Special Education. She holds a certification in Special Education (K-12) in New York and North Carolina and has taught in a variety of self contained and inclusion based classrooms for over 15 years. She joined the team at ECAC in Summer of 2017.

Ashley Falcon
Behavior Therapist

In 2013, Ashley joined Emerald Coast Autism Center as a behavior therapist. Prior to her work at ECAC, Ashley provided in-home ABA services to children in the Dallas, TX and San Diego, CA areas. Her previous knowledge of relating behavior principles to everyday life situations helped her establish and grow ECAC’s ‘Tech Lab’ program. Having earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, Ashley is now completing the Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) course sequence through University of West Florida and plans to sit for the BCaBA examination.

Anne Windham
Behavior Therapist | Stingray Lead

Anne is a 2015 graduate of Florida State Universit where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences with an emphasis in Developmental Disabilities. Anne plans to pursue a Master of Science degree in Special Education.

Shannon Bellanca
Behavior Therapist

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. She joined ECAC in September of 2016, and has since fallen in love with the field of ABA. Her hope is to soon pursue her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis/ Organizational Behavior Management and eventually sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination.

Kyra Lennox
Behavior Therapist

Kyra graduated from Florida State University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in social work. She began working at ECAC in spring of 2017. In the future, she plans to begin coursework towards BCaBA.
