Kim joined the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2011 by working with children on the Autism Spectrum at a small facility in her neighborhood that has since expanded in the Southeast. Discovering that ABA was her passion, she has continued to advance and ultimately gained her master's level certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2016. She has continually built upon her knowledge base by gleaning from others and by seeing the principles of ABA at work daily. Kim has experience working in a variety of settings: clinic, school, and home. She uses humorous and energetic approach to build rapport with clients and joins in their interests.
